Not sure if this fits in the "Daily Illustrations" thread, but I saw this site the other day and thought it was a great concept in creating environmentally friendly art out of the dirt and grime around us. It makes you think.

Wow! That really makes you think. I am from Sao Paulo, Brazil, and, as all other metropoles, it is really really dirty. It is really cool that somebody saw something like that and figure out a way to do art in a good way, cleanning and not making even dirtier.

Great idea, its amazing how much time is involved in some of these projects. I like the part about how some consider him a vandal but his counterpoint is "No one owns the dirt" haha.

I am the same way once you clean one spot you just have to keep going untill it is all done. I wonder how many people are angered at what he has done untill they find out that it is not paint it is just cleaned.
