which version (if any) do you like best?
does the font work well with the icon?
does it look like it would appeal to people students/young people under 30?

I like the last design best and think the font is a good choice. I'm already in my 30s so I'm not sure what teens/early 20s would like. Can you give the figure hands? His arms look like horns or a lobster claw.

Really nice design! - but the character looks too diabolical. The overall feel to me is more comic book character than youth mascot.

first off all i agree with intrepidguppy about the design being diabolic, and also KHDZN was right about the lobster claw.
and in my opinion you should also try using another font.
