Elite Designers, please take note!

Many of the rules for our guaranteed contests have been scattered around the site. We would now like to introduce a new section (linked below) that collects them all into one forum.

At first, this section will just be a preferred reference. That is, most of the rules being enforced will come from this section instead of the many other threads around the site. But in the next few months, as feedback comes in and you all get accustomed to the change, this new forum will become THE rules forum. At that point, all other such threads will be deleted.
