Hi Morgan, sorry to keep you waiting, but we´ve been having a bit of struggle with your portfolio. We finally voted, and it resulted in us declining your application. Now, I think you deserve an explanation so here it goes. We all noticed that you have great potential, but we are looking to create a group with not only the best designers, but also with very active and commited members to our community. Being on the Design Team is not only an honor but also a responsability that needs to be taken very carefully. Here is my suggestion: you have a month to re apply, and in that time we would like to see more of you and your work on our forums. The restriction over the contests is not on yet, so you are free to participate in the contests and to interact in the forums. Prove us wrong on our decision, so we can accept you in the future.

I didn't realize that I could participate in the contests, otherwise I would have been doing so! I will certainly do that.
