Anyone ever heard of Marian Bantjes from Canada?
Marian Bantjes
She does some amazing work. Actually came to my college 2 years ago to speak but I was unable to meet her due to the fact I was down in Tennessee visiting my father.
Check out her site, under her about me she has a couple different things to get an idea where she gets inspiration from, how long it takes to complete a design etc...

her work is something that shows the power of high concept illustration. it really gets to the heart: GRAPHIC. DESIGN. i wish we all could find ways of inspiring ourselves to dive head first into projects like these. a meditation on...
I hadn't heard of her until now, she has amazing work. Thanks for the link!

The very talented Israeli typographer, Oded Ezer, met her and documented it on his photographed-blog. Ezer does amazing typography art.
