Not bad, although I think a solid color for the header instead of that gradient might look a bit better. I like the navigation though.

Hello,
I'll focus what you should consider to improve optimization so more people find you.
1. Indentify the keyword you want people to find you and rearrange your keywords and description... I think it will be difficult for you to get much traction with something as broad as msn messenger.
2. Add following meta tags
<meta NAME="revisit-after" CONTENT="3 days">
<meta http-equiv="Expires" content="-1">
<meta NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="INDEX,FOLLOW">
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="300">
3. Work in a <h2> tag on the page with the keywords you want between the tags...
4. Add a title to your left navigation internal links... ie
<a href="http://www.dollsbuddy.com/sport_icons/main.htm" target="main" title="sports icons"><font color="#990099">Sports</font></a></font>
5. Add a sitemap listing all your pages and link from footer of homepage

Uhm... got lost right away and lost interest... main reasons:
Links: the fonts are standard... too big and ugly. Try using a different font or pics.
Tables/menus: all over the place in Safari for the mac.
Homepage: introduce what's it about.
Banners: too many flashing banners (what's yours and what are ads?)
And here the likes:
Top: cute logo
Menu borders: matches great with your header and logo
Color: nice color scheme... appeals to your visitor categorie
Hope I wasn't to harsh...
Keep up the work
grtz Elle
O the rank: 3

No personality whatsoever ... could this be a good thing for your target?
Combining cold and warm colors make me turn tail and run )
The only normal thing is navigation, but only if you use other fonts or rollover buttons. Some how I think that the dolls aren’t too happy with their site. And another thing : don't use the word "Best site"
Hope you don’t take it personally, we are talking about website here.

I second the animated gif's, they are not professional at all.

it appeals to little girls and such im sure, which is good considering the content of the site. it just looks outdated and has the integrity of a hompage template made by a regular 15 year old AOL member. I'd say learn some more about flash and give it a second try.
