I think this user is off to a great start, and has submitted some great designs to the community contests, but I feel like he needs to participate a bit more in the forum... though he met the number of required posts, not all of them were substantial. I was a bit confused since i couldnt find his portfolio (my bad, i found it ). I know he should not be judge by his design skills but i like to check both portfolio and participation@DC when i vote for someone, thats all
