My son will be in your neck of the woods this weekend for the olympics.
Welcome to Design Contest..
Here are some links to help you get started.
http://www.designcon...-designers.html
http://www.designcon...pplication.html
http://www.designcon...c-contests.html
And please read ALL the stickies at the top of the forum.
I'd also like to add that with the increase in new members because of our new open to all contests I'll be deleting useless posts... Like "nice" or "cool".. in hopes of everyone understanding what it really takes to be an elite team member.

There are the required street closures. Though born in Vancouver, I actually live in Burnaby now. Burnaby is the municipality right next to Vancouver moving eastward. I am going to school part-time and one thing that has changed is that now I have a two week break because of the Olympics.

Welcome designbuddha, i'm a designer from Montreal, on the other side of the country
I always wanted to go to Vancouver and work there for a year or two, is the business good now? I heard salaries are better but the cost of living is way higher than here.

Here's to the Georgian athlete. Nador, his name is. Glory be to God.
His name will ALWAYS be remembered. He is a warrior, unafraid of anything.

We had MEGA snow last year. My back is still hurtin' from shovelling. We had two VOLUMINOUS dumps last December but this year year ,,,,,, NADA. El nino? El nina? Our Olympics are getting a bad rap but weather on the West Coast will always be spotty. Or is that spotty with a chance of showers?
