It's readable ;)

The A looks like it's missing where it falls behind the n. the lines on the G need to be fit togeather more seamlessly. The e reminds me of pacman lol not good nor bad.. but it does fit the look..

it's different and fun. not bad for starting out. keep up the work and meassing with it.

I'll also say that you need to work in Illustrator as I did in your intro. Unless your not planning on entering any contests.
If you want to participate in any of the logo contests here or else were you'll need to move on to a vector based program like illustrator.

Instead of explaining it I'll just let you read this. Vector graphics - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I know it was discussed on here also, so I'll find that in just a bit. ;)

EDIT: here is something.

I think he's saying that there is alot going on within the image.

One good rule is if it works in black and white it should work all around. (not always but mostly)

But once you start getting deeper into designing you'll understand that more and more.

look at nike it's as simple as you can get and works outstandingly. (if thats a word lol)

but i believe that the black / white rule is very good to measure with :)

Angel, Congrats on downloading the premier program for vector graphics. You will have a 30 day free trail. If you are serious buy the CS Design suite, if you are in school you can get it at a very good discount. If that is too rich for you right now here is a link to a free vector program, of course you get what you pay for but it is a nice little program to start learning vector graphics... The number one tool to Master "The Pen Tool"... Good luck

Very good work! Photoshop isn't easy. I am sure you will pick up AI quickly as they are very similar ....... more or less.

The logo has potential.

One thing that you could do is use fewer colors. Like keeping only one color for the background, preferably a neutral one.

As far as the colors of the letters, do you have any motivation on using different colors on the different letters ? If yes, great. If not, you could try to use only one color.
As you will learn along the way, every little detail in a logo matters and has a significance for the company or person it represents.
That means every shape, every color, and even the distance between the letters themselves has a significance.

Now, back to the logo, the main thing you can do to make it better, is simplify it. That's the main thing beginner logo designers should aim for.

How does your logo look in black and white ?

Hope that helps.:)
