I want to know how can I grow to Elite Designer?!
You must...
Be at least 18 years old at the time of application
Have an online design portfolio for us to review
Be a registered forum user for at least 7 days
Have a minimum of 10 recent forum posts
Be able to receive PayPal payments
I have all of this and I still can not upload work for elite designers!
Waiting for feedback!!!

Once you put in an application, your application is reviewed and voted on by other members of the site. Their decision is based on whether or not you have contributed well to the design community on here.
Get enough votes and you will join the Elite Design Team
You can't enter Elite contests until this process has occurred.
PS have you even gone through this site properly yet?
If you had you would not be asking these questions.

there are other things to think about besides your 10 post, being here a week and having a good portfolio. It's the 1 thing that stops almost 90% of all applicants.
Want to know what that is? Read some of the stickies
I'd hold off on appling, hang out here for a bit and get to know the site.

I'd simply like to say (and not to be mean) but everyone wants to quickly send the application in for the EDT (elite design team).

Hi there Coy,
Just so everyone here knows, I, personally, am not some jerk trying to circumvent any kind of approval process you guys have in place. It seems like you guys spend a lot of time shooting down noobs for being interested in the process. I have read though lots of stickies and posts and find this to be a great community of professional designers, and that's what I like about it. I look forward to getting to know all of you guys. That being said, there is no need to attempt to divert my interest in applying as I am eager to share my designs, experiences and thoughts. I know this site prides itself on being exclusive in selecting elite designers, however your enigmatic post suggesting that there is a "secret" guideline to be followed seems to express a less than friendly and accepting attitude toward individuals who may be interested. I am sure there are many others on this site who are willing to be helpful and open to the idea that new people may want to join your group. I look forward to sharing myself with all of you.
Thank you Coy!
