Wow, I Finally finished my Portfolio v3 except the CMS section, the whole gallery is thumbnail no big samples except the graphic design section, the large image on mouse press is functional, the rest (web-design) is just thumbnail, Let me know your feedback xD

I like the way you recolored your site, and I also like how you used textures and gradients to spice it up a little. The design definitely improved a lot compared to the previous version. It's just nice to look at.

I think you're a good web designer, gratulations :)

The site has a very nice design. The portfolio items are solid and professional.

Although in the web design section I click on the portfolio item photos, and nothing happens. Is this intended to be like this ?

yodah, Thanks alot, I'm Speechless :$ First time I applied to show my portfolio it was a different design, but it was a bit small. you can view it from here Although i made other concept and thanks to many designers like you, who helped me to reach this stage :) i guess its time to replace the current one with this one :)

atondex, thanks mate for your kind comment, However I explained thats the graphic section is the only functional page, the web-design page is still needs to upload the big photos, which i will do it soon :) and btw nice avatar, simple and transparent, Loved it from the first sight ;)

Thanks guys looking forward to see yours as well :)

Sorry, I must have missed that. I rushed to see the portfolio site by clicking on the link...

Thanks, glad you like it.:) It took me some time to get to that kind of simple shapes. The simpler the logo, the more time it takes to finish.

wood thing doesn't go with the layout......
I would have prefered to add sticky note graphic instead for the footer section

I think the layout is really nice. I did see one thing that you may want to change... Up in the top right corner it reads "a promising designs for all tastes". I believe it should either read "a promising design (minus the s) for all tastes" or start with "promising" and leave off the initial a, to read "promising designs for all tastes". You've got a singular with a plural ;). Other than that, I really enjoy how clean the the motion from thumbnail to larger preview is on your graphics page. Very nice!

Looks good, pretty damn good for your third revision too. I've named my latest one portfolio9000 in DW as I have lost count of how many times I've redone it :p

haha! @ portfolio9000 :D usually we "Designers" do not waste our time in doing something for us! lol for some reason the customer helps you to make your final design and even the weak knowledge of the customer design subjects he always suggest something, and with your creativity you translate whats in his minds to a layout. So basically the design depend of the customer suggestions, thats why you'r always not satisfied about your design, because there is no customer to tells you about your portfolio concept :p

GZ

I usually like woodgrain on websites, but I'm not sure it goes with the striped background. A nice dark solid color (blue?) might look a little better.

Definitely like it better than the first version, though. The only thing I might take from the previous version is the icons (or some take on them.) I think it would spruce up the menus.

Great job!!
