i think y need alot of fire colors like red to coupe with the fire man

I think you need to design a new face. the face doesnt not seem to fit the style. try another face.

Looks like he has a drop of sweat water / on the right side ... makes it look like he is nervous or frightened, and supposed to be brave firefighter.
