i recently graduated from my colleges school last April, and i designed the logo of the school, But still, there something mising on it..
can someone suggest something for this logo..
Adobe Photoshop CS4 is what usually use for designing and making logos, i'm not really fan and familiar on Illustrator.. anyway here's my designed logo,need comment and suggestions guys.. thanks

I don't know if it's missing anything. It seems ok to me. Maybe a little bit generic, but a decent logo none the less.

Like I already say, but moderator deleted my post, I would definitely remove bevel and emboss effect, I would try to use only one green color, and try to find better font.
And of course, you need to learn Illustrator or and other vector application. Logotypes are made in vector format.
