These are so great to look at and thanks for posting them. Just when you thought you designed something original and you find a vintage classic in the batch that is similar. Thanks again.

Interesting!! I think we should go back to the traditional process when creating a logo, by paying mora attention to concept and functionality instead on the sparcle effects right?

Very nice. Vintage is my favorite style of design. I will be definitely bookmarking this for future reference so when I'm feeling some blockage I can always have that to look at and inspire me as well.

Yeah, thats true. In the creative process of finding the right idea for a logo, I never use a computer. I always draw it on the paper first. When I've got the basic idea then, I illustrate it in the graphic program and new variations and other ideas come to mind.
But for the initial process of the basic idea, I think the graphic program always has a kind of suggestive manner. It lets you do the same things over and over. In my opinion, the form and idea has to be independent from that influence and drawing is the most neutral medium of design.

I totally agree! The computer is just the tool for "do&undo" and producing the final result, but creativity and good ideas make the designs, it can only be achieved by providing your mind the freedom it needs, by taking a pencil and blank paper and let imagination flow!

These logos are truly characterized by lasting appeal. It cannot be denied that these are far better than those being used by some designers today. I wonder how better these could be when enhanced by means of today’s graphic designing modern tools.

Is it a kind of book or magazine? Did anyone know the title of it? I am eager to have it. It is really inspiring.
