I really like how this logo has evolved. I like the black/grey/orange yellow combination. I think it looks best now, although I might try making the dolphin graphic a bit smaller in the circle to give it more room around the edges.

I think you need to play around with different typefaces, this one isn't quite fitting imo, also i'm not a huge fan of "the" vertical.
