MODx Parse Error - Boston Graphic Art

For some reason, over the past couple of days I have been trying to submit to the Boston Graphic Art contest.... unfortunately I haven't been able to upload. I keep receiving this Error page. (See below) Can anyone tel me what this means? I would really like to submit my design soon, so I may get feedback from the contest holder before it is over! Thanks for your help....

Okay, I think it was because I didn't pay attention to my file size. I finally got it to work!
