Private Messaging Issue - NO REPLY Button

I am in desperate need of replying to an Admin's private message, but there is NO REPLY BUTTON on the message pane! Have my old eyes gone blind or is something amiss?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the lower right corner of the PM that was sent to you by the Admin, there should be a forward button and a reply button.

If you still don't see it, try sending a new PM directly to the Admin.
