That is sad..But how does this work for designers who spend time on this.

I know it is a huge loss of time for designers. There is absolutely nothing we can do about this type of issue. When a contest is found to be fraud we have to issue a refund to the "real owner of the credit card. No files were downloaded and everyone still owns the designs they created. Again we are sorry for all the hard word work you do is not rewarded.
