Hi, I have a page in html/css and on the linked stylesheet I defined the colour of the links so that they slightly change colour when you place your mouse over them. The links are placed in various <ul> lists and the colour changes only on the last link of every list..it seems just nonsense to me but maybe someone can explain why to me.. thank yo so much!

you might want to look again... they don't change colour at all in Firefox.

I think that the problem exists where you ARE NOT closing ALL of the <LI> tags (with the </LI> of course) inside the ULs ... These thing confuses web browsers...

UPDATE: the "open" LI tags are not correct thats true, however the true problem was inside your css file. You must declare the links behaviour using first A:link then A:visited then A:hover. That means you have to move the A:hove style below the A:visited.
