If DC could have something like this for newbies or even a requirement for all and on getting a certain number of score would get you access to join.

absolutely.
We have to admit that our designer test needs some reworking. And let me tell you, that if you can come up with specific propositions on how to improve it we'll be glad to award you with enough rating points to move up a couple of levels.
