I really like bright, lime green and blue together (either navy or turquoise) or lime green and dark brown or turquoise blue with dark brown, but it all depends on the type of project as to what color combination will work best.

The blackest black with a bright accent of bright green or orange. Which is odd because in the everyday life I hate orange and am not the biggest fan of green but I think they provide the best accent to black. I love red though Ive noticed a trend of greys and blues with logos , so I'm not using red as often.
