Please don't apologize to me. I am also sorry that you did it... and I don't like to see when this things happen.
You are not the first one who did it. Some designers are not aware of this rule, but many are, doing it intentionally, thinking they will not be caught. Well, they eventually will. It's not that hard, just need some extra time and good eye.
Someone would say to mind my own business... but this is my business. You all have to remember, every time you are doing this (including some other violations), and being awarded by CH is ripping off another designer in DC, who did a hard work and not used clip/stock images, and as well ripping off the designer who actually own that clip art. Also, you are cheating CH, whether he like that design or not.. they usually don't know anything or don't care about graphic design and such a thing.
Good designer doesn't do this. Good designer creates on his/her own.
At the end, if I may comfort you... You are the first one who apologized here on DC in public, and that takes sincerity and guts.
BTW, one infraction wouldn't hurt, rather give you a lesson. I had one also:).

Atlas - A Logo, Monogram, or Icon Project for a Biscayne Park based company by MycroBurst.com
A lot of uses and sales of same generic image with minor changes.
No wonder guy has 337 entries in less than 4 months... for example I have a bit more than 400 for 2,5 years.
Who knows what else there is... and I assume this is not the only one designer that does that.
Fortunately, once in a while they get tracked.

What happen if the first buyer discover this?
And what if the second one?
What about the sites that host, organize and provide the service?
They should be all BANNED without a second thought !
