Hi there!
I plan to post some tutorials in here for those of us who are all-COREL_GS(Xn) designers!
Posted Image

I also encourage some all-ADOBE designers to propose some (beginner-intermediate) challenges of those techniques they use in their works, so we can translate them into COREL and viceversa.

Hopefully this is helpful and fun!
Regards,

Another tutorial...Can be used to create custom made calligraphy or brush style silhouette (for symbol). Hopefully useful.

Posted Image

For the forth step, no need to follow the original outline caligraphy property, suit yourself experiment with different calligraphy angle, stretch and width. As example, for the thin outline you can roughly follow the line slope for the angle...use the "nib shape" box to set the calligraphy property, it should be more easier for experimenting

What a fast learner...Nice JJ...:) Nice added with the rounded corner....:) Thanks for that sample...
All of my font design actually designed in CorelDraw...Export to eps...import the eps into "High-

Logic Font Creator" (to do kerning and kerning pair)....
