Rating points are not changing

I submitted a ticket about this too

My rating points are not picking numbers from my designs. I got 91 points in a design, the competition has been closed, yet my rating points stand at 15. And thats due to my posts in forum.

What is wrong? Please help me out.

Update: The helpdesk said the contest wasn't officially closed. It had expired and my rating wouldn't show up until a winner is selected.

I know the CH has 30 days to decide who they want to be a winner. They told me when I chat them because I join a contest before and has the same situation. Hope I helped you on this. Thanks

I think your points get slow because you got penalize. What you need to do is to enter to your account and have some activity. If you for any reason don't visit the web site ...they take some points out of your rate.
