inkscape vs adobe illustrator

which software is the best to create logo? which is the easiest to use?

sketch in paper your design, trace with Illustrator cause it is vector based program, you will need VECTOR to print.

For sketch directly on Illustrator with many great extra function I like to used DrawScribe

once you know how and have mastered using the pen tool anything should be easy.
I find that flash is also easy to create vector designs.
In my eyes which ever one you feel most comfortable with..
I use both... If your on a tablet its more or less inkscape...hince adobe cant be run on all except one..

inkscape is free and open code. but illtrator need money:o

Personally, I use Illustrator. I guess it is because I have been using it since version 5 or 6. It was one of the early versions. I played with inkscape. But, my preference is Illustrator.

I personally love Illustrator. I use the creative cloud and I love all of the capabilities that Illustrator brings, however I have never used Inkscape, but I have read good things about it, too. I'm not sure if there's a trial with Inkscape, but I started with a trial for Adobe Creative Cloud, and that's how I got started with all Adobe products. I'd recommend finding out if there's a trial for the other, sign up for both, and try them out!

PS - If you use Illustrator, the ONE issue is if your computer dies, shuts down, etc., you may lose work as for some reason Illustrator has yet to implement a recovery system for unsaved work. Remember to save often!
