Multi Level CSS Menu: different arrow while hover jQuery

Hello,

this forum is really good one, i have allready found the same problem solution, solved by the modration,

i have just start work on my client site multi level css menu with Jquery...

i did work on color of the fonts hover & i don't understand how to adjust the .js in order make it use a different color arrow as well.

can any one guide me how to do effective .js for this project.
