I would like this also......but i get to many emails notifications from DC. I get the ones about people making responses to forum post then I get the ones from about CH's chooseing a design from a contest I was in. And It sometimes get a little of a task just to check them all out or your just mark them as read and it kinda of a waste.
I would like to see a option to where they can change up the "one on one" to where it would be like the contest now but you would be able to make bids on the contest. So it would work like this.
1: CH would make a "One-On-One" Project.
2: We the "Designers" would read the brief of the project and place our bids on how much we could do the job for.
3: The CH would choose who won the bid and then the Project would be closed to the others who didn't win
4: The CH and Designer would work together to get the right design made for them.

I was just checking back in on this thread. I know whenever a CH leaves a comment (or rating) for a designer during an open contest, it will be emailed to you immediately so you won't miss the comment. I think it would be very helpful if the same applied after the contest has ended and won. If a CH has a question or comment to the winning designer in the communications tab, it would be great if the winning designer received an email notification regarding the comment to make sure all communication is as prompt as possible. Same applies for one-on-one projects - would also be very helpful.
