Hmm...The intro is nice, but the loading should be really simple, not the messy that you've just made.The designs looks good, but i'm not fond of the font you used for the navigation buttons...Maybe just remove "Italics"..Cloud animation is nice, but its too fast, i suggest you to slow it down a bit...
Overall, it look OK...
