I just can't believe the contest holder eliminated all the 432 entries!!

I think I submitted like 13 designs, and the guy doesn't really know what he wants...I think.

oh so that's what happened...a while ago i was looking for that Pico Computing contest at the main page, but i couldn't find it..i just submitted 1 entry yesterday then opened my account again a while ago to see the progress of the contest..at first i thought that maybe i was just having a connection problem...then, after a while i received an email from CH..that's too bad..how was this possible
it's so heartbreaking for designers...:(

I am not surprised at all :)) I smelled that this contest will be refunded or abandoned. But still, I provided more than 30 entries (!). Just for the lottery :) And they were good actually :) But...

Maybe the CH decided to use a design without having to pay for it?

I think the CH can only do the logo design on his own. Because non of us can read his mind

If this is the case, we've been played by the CH to fulfill his purpose of the game.

Dear admins, if Pico Computing is closed and abandoned, release the entries, so we can withdraw them.

I recommend to all of you, not to remove your entries in such a cases.
Let all of your designs stay there as a proof if any form of abuse happens... you never know.

"I removed the link because it was to the different site. "

Is this same CH?
I wouldn't know the details, since I had not participated.

I think it is the same

I do not see a date when the contest was ran over there. IF we had known about the contest over there we would not have issued a refund because that means he broke the policy in a different way, through the TOS and can't scream about the 100%money back thing.

It would have been a complete fiasco forcing this guy to keep the contest open another week. I wonder if the two contests were running at the same time? I am also looking at the design he chose over there as winning design also the entries as a whole over there.... I really think all the designers here showed him better quality designs without a doubt!

I did find some dates and the contests were running at the same time.... I wished we had known this!!! Nothing we can do now...but I think if we have another ch like this it would be good for us to search the other sites and see what is up, this guy was fishing and I would bet hit more than just this one other site. We are learning more how to "read" certain types of ch and what to look for

There is nothing we can do now but we know more what to look for again when we or if we have such a client again

I have the programmer working on letting all remove designs from this contest

I am surprised by his wining logo there, even more so, when I noticed a few similar designs here, but away better.

I wish we had noticed this on time... and you are right, we should search other sites when it comes like this, I mean before it comes to this:).

BTW, Sharie, all the entries are visible trough the comments section.
