This is a lovely site....
The best part I feel is that one can submit limited number of entries :)....
and as you move on to higher levels...u can submit more logos :)...

Great Concept...

Welcome to design contest :) Yes the concept prevents spam from untried designers and its pretty easy to level up. plus if you are new and a Contest holder favors your design you get more entries too. :)
