Hello guys, this may seem strange, but you guys know that there are intelligent designers. Now imagine that a designer with a design of high rating , receive an infraction because its design has some things of a concept that exists. Its design is eliminated, and suddenly as if by miracle beginning to emerge designs with the same design concept reported.
Do not know if this can be done, but is close to happening.
What is your opinion about it

I know that if the design was removed by the moderators.....then there had to be a good reason for the removal of that design. It could be either it was really close to the same style and everything of a pre-existing design or it was some clipart that was used. Now if people are copying that design that was eliminated then they should be removed also...........but some times the moderators are busy on doing other things so the might not be able to get to removing the submitted designs from the same contest.

But I mean for example, you wear a dog in a contest for lawyers, I submit a design with a dog, that equal or exceed your rate, you report my design that I copy your idea-concept, my design is removed, then you commit a logo with a dog copying my style, you understand what I mean?

Zeca, the thing with reporting is - admins & moderator remove reported entry only. They do not check the rest. So, all others that seems to be copy as well should be reported by designers, otherwise, they will not be removed.

If a designer copies a design that has been eliminated then that is not that smart of a move... why copy a design that has been eliminated unless you want the ch to eliminate yours as well? Copying a design that has a problem is fairly stupid as well! Why waste your design time copying eliminated and problem entries?
