Microsoft Outlook has a default font messages, either new, reply or forward. It also has a default font for international messages. However, you can change these default fonts to customize the look of your messages.
To change the default display fonts in outlook do the following:
1 . Open Microsoft Outlook and go to the Tools menu, scroll down the dropdown menu and select Options.
2 .Click on the Mail Format tab and select Fonts. For HTML messages, click on Choose Font next to the boxes "When composing a new message"and "When replying and forwarding". For normal plain text messages, select Choose Font next to the box "When composing and reading plain text".
3. To change the defaults for reading international messages, go to the Tools menu-> options-> mail format tab->fonts-> International mail and then choose the option you want and save.
