Adobe Flash doesn’t support Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, however there is a simple solution to this. You can install Adobe Flash on any device (other than Nexus 7) that runs Jelly Bean, by doing the following:
.Download Flash Player APK 11.1.115.12
.Copy the files to your Android device SD card.
.Use File Manager to install it.
.Start the Browser and go to settings and uncheck the Flash Player on demand option
