To make a scalloped border in PSP do the following:
1. Open your PaintShop Pro, then go to File->New. A New Image dialog box will display. Type in 800 pixels for the height and width. From Image characteristics, select a white Raster Background and click OK.
2.Select he Paint Brush tool.
3.Go to the Materials palette and select Foreground and Stroke Color. A properties dialogue box will display. Choose a color for your scalloped border, then click OK. Now select the Background and Fill Color option and select white for the background color and then click ok.
4 . From your Toolbar go to the Brush options palette and click the Category button and select the Round brush shape and change the thickness to 100,size to 30, density to 100, hardness to 100, opacity to 100, rotation to 0, and blend mode to Normal. Then deselect ‘Continuous’.
5.Go to View->Grid and make the grid visible, to align the strokes easily.
6. Create a starting point for the brush by clicking on the top-left area of your canvas Hold the Shift key and click on the top-right area of your canvas to create the end point. This will add the brush as a straight line.
7 .Go to the Selection tool in then hold and drag your mouse over the brush that you added, covering it in the middle so that only the top half would be selected.
8. Press on the Delete key to remove the area you selected from your canvas.
Making a Scalloped Border using PaintShop Pro
