When analyzing a photograph you need to look for some meaning. You need to askyour self what the photographer’s point. Look for hidden messages, shapes, meaning or colors that may raise some type of emotions. It could be a facial expressions in a display of emotions. Focus on the photo’s lightning. Think how and where was the photo taken. Look for shapes and color in the photos. Ask yourself why you find some photos appealing. Look for lines that might lead into subjects. Pay attention to small details and examine the field depth. Check the photo's title and go back again and look at the photo from a distance.
