very smooth. may I ask if this is vector art? it kinda looks like it, but it is somewhat hard to tell!

my guess is that large part of it is vector and some things are retouched in photoshop.

oh definitely. I do that all the time. it looks like it was smudged to make it smooth. awesome art though, I was on his livejournal.
