Hey guys i'm thinking about buy the new Cintiq 22H from WACOM, for my drawns, but is very expensive (in Portugal) , does anyone have some retroiluminated tablet that is better ?

I was looking into buying one of these screen covers..............that turns your computer into touch screen and it can be used to draw on. But I don't know if it has any pressure sensitivity.
