How to overcome the problems of color when exporting a file from coreldraw to Ai? can anyone help me. I always use rgb color mode in coreldraw. Thank you

Out of gamut RGB will always need to be recolor in AI. It will shows a bit different in both Corel and AI even though you're using the same color profile setting (due to different styles of both software in rendering RGB)...
See if there's an option to "preserve RGB value" under color setting in your AI (if you're lucky maybe there is in new version of AI, as long as I know there isn't any option in CS3).

Export two files, SVG and AI...SVG will show the exact RGB color in AI (but gradient fill is a bit off). So what need to be done is open both files in AI, re-color the AI, use the SVG as reference for changing the RGB value.
