Here is my favorite car that I someday will buy, Its as the name tells u, the cadillac CTS, I just love that car, this is one of the few cars that I actually like the taillights, I mean another cars have good taillights but I love the ones of this car, so I deecided to make it my first vector car, it was done 99.9% in Flash and 0.1% in Photoshop to add the background and the reflections of the ground, hope u like it, see ya and Merry Christmas to all!!!!!

Wow nice job... how long did this take you? I just finished up a course on Technical Illustration (cars, cameras ...etc...etc...) and It takes a bit of time to get a good looking illustration in the end.

That looks excellent! I compared it to a real picture of the car out of curiosity and you hit it right on.

jajajajajajaja, thanks, I just changed the rims cuz I didn't liked the ones in the picture, they looked kinda weird, so I used the ones of the Cadillac CTS-V, almost the same but smoother, :D

Indeed, looks good, took a long time to do though
I think you made a great choice with the wheels,
If you get one of these cars make sure you switch the wheels with the cadilac :D

Very nice work... almost had to take a second glance... very realistic. I do most if not all of my vector designs in flash or freehand and I must say I am impressed.

thanks for your comments, I am starting to use Illustrator because the Pen Tool is great, way better than flash in my opinion, but it's suppose to be, I mean Illustrator is for images and flash is for animation with image tools, so there lays the difference, but still flash never stop surprising me!

Well theres the proof that decent images can be made in flash,
I've only ever used it for little simple animations, might have to dig it back out and play around again somtime, I started doing everything in photoshop and imageready

Very nicely done!
I also started with vectors using flash, it's true that decent works can be made with it.
Now I only use Adobe Illustrator, I recommend you to try the Gradient Mapping tool for car representations, it's an extremely powerful tool.

PS: I'll post a car I made some time ago using this tool so you see what i mean

This is a really cool illustration of a Cadillac. I especially like the floor reflection. It gives an added realism.

That looks really great. I've never attempted anything like that before...on the computer anyhow. Don't mean to start a big bash fest on programs but you guys think CorelDraw can handle that? I would like to see a 1955 Porsche 356!
