To Create a vector image in Corel Draw 12 do the following:

1. Launch you Corel Draw application and start a new project.
2. Select Ellipse, and hold down the Ctrl + Shift keys. To create a series of overlapped circles of different sizes, drag the tool on the canvas repeatedly .
3. Drag the selection tool to select all the circles, then press Ctrl + L to weld the parts together. Press Ctrl + K , this will break the curves into pieces. Select the pieces you don't want in your clouds and then delete them.
4. Select the lower third of the cloud, and using the Trim tool remove it. This will create a cloud with a flat bottom.
5. Select the Fountain Fill tool and make the From blue for the sky background. Click the Custom Blend and then adjust the gradient to your desired look, and click OK. Now position the clouds as requires against the background.
