To create an HTML Newsletter:
1. First you need to choose any reliable newsletter distribution service with a policy against SPAM.
2 .choose a program to create your newsletter. If you want a simple newsletter, you can use a free simple newsletter creation tool available online. Otherwise, you would need a feature-rich program like Adobe DreamWeaver.
3. find a template or create one. The template should contain the basic newsletter layout, including your logo, other graphics and the width of the page.
4.Keep your news letter less than 20 kilobytes. Larger
5. To upload graphics to your web server , use an FTP program. Link the images to the full-sized images in your web server.
6.Use a simple text editor, like Notepad, to write the your newsletter.
7. Now, cut and paste the text into your HTML template. Save it in a different name.
8.Cut and paste the newsletter in your e-mail program.
9.Send yourself a test to check it for errors. If it looks good, you can send it to your mailing list.
