1.Decide which Database is appropriate for you. Common stacks use Linux, MySQL , Apache, and PHP/Perl), orMIIS ( Microsoft's Internet Information Server )
2. Install the database you chose on your server. SQL servers usually include an installation program.
3. Make a script for the query of your database.
4. Add a code to display the results of your query.
5.Test the scripts before proceeding.
6. Make a blank webpage in Dreamweaver.
7.Go to "Forms" tab and then insert a new’ HTML’ form element.
8.Go to the tab Tag Inspector and set the "action" attribute there to point to your database script on your server. Ex.404 - Not Found.
9.Insert a new text field. Click on the "Tag Inspector" tab and set the "id" attribute to "query" and the "label" attribute to "search."
10. Below the text field, insert a new button use the Tag Inspector to set the "type" attribute to "submit. Now test your new database search form.
