First set up MobileMe
1. On your iPhone's home screen, tap Settings. Then go to Mail-> Contacts-> Calendars.
2.Go to "Add Account.", then "MobileMe" and put in your Apple ID and password. You might need to verify your email.
3. Go back to the MobileMe screen, then toggle the "Find My iPhone" and switch it to "On." And tap "Allow".
Now that you have set up Mobile Me, you can use Find My iPhone, simply
1. Go to Me.com and sign in.
2. Click on the cloud icon in. then select "Find My iPhone" icon and enter your password again.
3. To track your phone, view the map and your phone is indicated by the glowing blue dot. Using this page you can also delete or display a message on your iPhone .

I need to tell my husband to do this for his iPhone. He misplaces it about once a week! Any ideas on tracking his keys, glasses, wallet? LOL! :D

This is a good idea in case your iPhone is ever stolen.
