i thought this was a contest. it seems like another version of the "showoff" thread, with a topic. i think there needs to be some feedback and direction given. plus there shouldn't be a million entries per person. just my opinion.

sillyputty WOW:) love the label with the logo and..????legs???? The only minor change, the font along the side, doesn't go with design...maybe, different font???? WOW:)(I almost like those more than 1st!)

Thanks for the WoW's!!!! YES, they are indeed legs!!!! I never Knew the history of corkscrews could be so interesting

, especially the corkscrew design German patent 21718 which was issued to Steinfeld & Reimer January 1, 1894, that gave me the inspiration for my logo! I re-posted it with different type, hope you like it!

Just a thought, nothing really is original, however there are original interpretations and such a thing as creative integrity. Since this is a contest, it would be super cool to actually see see or at least know the source of inspiration for the wine label. As my example, I usually locate sources of inspiration such as photos and colors, then free hand draw my art to reflect my idea in mind to come up with an original creation.

item0803 I really like the illustration, but the label doesn't stand out. Maybe rework abit.
lordrott Different! I like the grapes.....I think this label also needs the finishing touches to make it POP!

pukkadesigns Nice use of fonts, nice balance, the only thing, maybe change the c in DC to lower case? The font is to ornate to use caps......I like the grape leaf, maybe some grapes???? very nice simple, elegant design.
Elshou04 I like the illustrative style, it just looks too blocky...different font? maybe get rid of the black border????? The edges are so hard as is.

Ok my entries are below..... I spent the last few weeks Concepting and the last day actually creating what i had concepted and the results are below..... All the artwork was drawn by me except the glasses in entry #4 those are photos from google... I also tried to keep them labels that would truly jump out from the wine stores shelves.... You be the judge... Thank you for taking the time to review my entries!
