Where do you get your fonts from?

I don't have a large collection of fonts and I don't know many great free font libraries. In fact I only use http://dafont.com would love to see some other links too

Josse,

..........one can NEVER have too many fonts!........... :)

haha I have about 3,000 fonts on my computer and when I load up my Font management Software it takes a bit to load them all in.... In that respect 25,000 Fonts would be a killer.... Other than that and ocasionally having to weed out corupted fonts I think you are right...

I pretty much stick with the same 300 fonts or so that I always end up using. I have thousands of them, but so many are redundant or not really practical. Anyways, some of the coolest fonts and artwork you'll ever see is at http://www.houseindustries.com/ They rock, but you have to pay to use them. Also, my favorite font designer is Margo Chase and you can find a lot of her fonts at http://www.myfonts.c...on/chase/margo/ but again, you have to pay to play.

I always search Da Font for new fonts depending on the design I'm doing.

The font I think that would go with alot of stuff is Swatch It.

I have over a thousand fonts, but I found that having more than 200 installed on your computer can sometimes bog it down. Especially when loading up Photoshop. So I try and keep a few installed at a time. If I'm looking for a spacific font, I use suitcase for MAC. But for those how sometimes rely on a PC, like me, I use AMP Font Viewer 3.50 (http://www.ampsoft.net). It's free and will desplay examples of the fonts! Works like suitcase.

I have too many fonts, and only end up using a handful due to licensing restrictions. But for fun, for my own use, I l really like http://www.linotype.com/
