The loading time is also a problem but flash websites are for fast internet connection.It's a matter of how fast your connection is
.I do agree that this website has long loading times though.I am still trying to convince the client to make some changes
I pretty much agree with the previous posts in that I don't like splash pages or popups (flash popups especially). But like you said if that's what the client wants then you have to deliver.
However, there are still 2 flaws (in my opinion) in this site:
1) Navigation - Yea there's pictures at the bottom. And you can click them. Pretty women show up when you click them. But it wasn't even untill I reopened this page for a second time after discovering I had the splash still on my desktop that I realized there was 2 more clusters of pictures. The 3 dots can easily be overlooked and should be reworked I think.
2) Loading times - You say that since there's relatively no other information provided that the pictures are the only important thing; and that in relation to that the only aspect that the visitors of the site care about is viewing the photography. That being said, don't you think it will annoy your users that it takes 3-5 seconds to load each picture? It annoyed me and I only looked at a couple. The fact that the entire page has to stretch/shrink for each picture on top of a mini loading screen on top of a little black to truecolor effect makes for an honestly annoying amount of load time.
Overall I like the site, and the things I pointed out are very minor. They are also only my opinion, and if you don't like my opinion then I'm sorry and also kind of sad
