1. Open an image Adobe Photoshop.
2. Go to "Layer" ->"New" -> "Layer from Background” and click OK. This will allow you to place your own background behind the image.
3.Go to t “Layer" -> "New" -> "Layer” and click OK. This will set a new layer.
4.Go to “Window”-> "Layers" and click and drag the top layer to the bottom of the list. This layer will now be the background.
5.go to Image->Canvas Size and add an inch to the width and height of your canvas to make a blank border around the main image.
6.Right-click on the image layer on your and select The “Blending Options."
7.From the left pane go to "Drop Shadow" and move the "Distance" bar to about 10 pixels below the "Structure" section.
8. Select the "Bevel and Emboss" effect and click "OK."
9. Save your 3-D picture as a GIF, JPEG, or PNG file if you are going to use it online. Otherwise save it as a TIF, PDF or EPS.
