I think that there is a small problem with CHs not replying or commenting to new designs or do too late so there is no time to improve the designs. This puts all the designers work on hold and their creativity too in result sometimes not being able to deliver new designs in time.Could be a way there encourage CH or explain them the importance of replying or commenting to new designs?

As a CH you are constantly remembered that giving feedback and ratings is important, but not every ch is the same.
From my experience i noticed that the CH's that don't give feedback and ratings right away or at all, are the ones that don't make the decision theirself. They need to ask a board of directors or a bunch of friends what they think about the design.

Sometimes these things take time and thus the contest isn't run correctly.

There are other CH's that don't know what they want, and how to give a good feedback, because they just can't see whats wrong with your entry, with them it's a trial and error back and forth. In my oppinion the hardest to work with.

And yes, there are few contest holders that just don't care that you spent hours working for them, and they don't even bother saying thanks but try harder or anything.

All the best,
Vlad
