You have a tastature shortcuts in Edit-Keyboard Shortcuts in menu. You can create your own tastature shortcut but it need a restart the program everytime. Too, there is all the tastature shortcuts for all used tools. You havent a tastature shortcut for some filters, but you can create that in a tastature shortcut window.

You have an interesting shortcut ideas for all workplace in a Photoshop. If you have a Windows 7 Ultimate, you can use a automatic zoom as proffesional for working. That have a name Magnifier, and this is a Windows 7 Ultimate tool for looking the zoom, but you can use this for correctly working with any of the tools in Photoshop. Just press ALT + + for zoom in, you will see a full zoom maximum, and ALT + - for zoom out. This is cool for working with brush tool F5, lasso tool, eraser tool etc.

Nice topic.

No one mentioned CTRL+Backspace to fill selected new empty layer with background color or ALT+Backspace to fill with foreground color. I found it recently and it is really really helpful when creating new empty layers it saves lots of mouse clicking.

I used to use this all the time and love that shortcut a lot. But recently I've been using fill layers instead. I like how I can change the colour on the fly if needed.

I tend to use Command + T a lot (Free Transform)
and the numbers 0-9 (to adjust the opacity of my eraser and brushes).

good shortcut tip for the brush opacity! For people who don't know, you can type in the exact opacity percentage as well by typing the number really fast

You can use shift and the tool key to toggle between tool types. For example:
Shift+ M, M will toggle between rectangular marquee and elliptical.
Shift + L, L, L will toggle between Lasso, Polygonal Lasso, Free form lasso

Also use the alt key to access menus for example:
Alt+E, A, H is the same as edit, transform, flip horizontal.
Alt+S, C is color range.
Look for the underlined letters in the menus for others.
