I choose vector graphics. Its my favorite thing besides web design.

I imagine VectorG's will win, since its the choice of most graphic designers...but just to be different i chose HTML, CSS, Java ... I think an area for submitting useful script/code used in accordance with fantastic design would add some variety to the site...not that it needs it...just a thought

we can, but gradually. From my experience, it is not a very god idea to open a bunch of new forums at once - people are not very eager to start posting in empty forums and it is going to be hard to fill so many of them with interesting threads.

I'd have to agree on going with vector...although Flash does encompass it all.
